East is East- Menu Redesign

While employed at a local establishment named East is East, I found inspiration in the harmonious convergence of diverse Eastern cultures within its walls—expressed through cuisine, art, decor, and music. The venue seamlessly blended Afghani, South Asian, and Middle Eastern flavors, accompanied by corresponding decor and nightly live musical performances featuring artists from around the globe. The ambiance created a transformative experience, transporting guests to a different way of life within the confines of North America. It was this unique atmosphere that I aimed to capture and convey in the menu—an invitation for diners to open their senses to a window to the East.
